Order Processing Times?

Our processing times range from 2–4 business days, as each design is custom-made with personalized embroidery to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Please note: We operate Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and weekends are not included in our processing times.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Print products: 3–4 business days
  • Embroidery products: 2–4 business days

How long does it take to deliver this product?

After crafting, your order will arrive in delightful days, varying by country. For specific delivery times.

How many photos should I upload?

You may upload only one photo with a maximum of 2 to 3 people. Emojis are not permitted except for the use of heart and infinity symbols.
