Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Products – Final Sale
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized (embroidered with your photo, initials, date, etc.), we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are non-defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

When you get in touch, please include:
• Your Order Number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and if approved may offer:
• A replacement (shipped within 7 business days) or
• A refund to your original payment method (after we receive and inspect the returned item).

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note bank or card-issuer processing may take an additional 3-10 business days to reflect the amount.

4. Return Shipping Cost
If the item is found to be defective, GiftFloral will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
